Easter Festivities

The Big Easter Egg Hunt was such a success last year that we knew it would have to be a yearly event. So all of the moms got together again and stuffed over 700 eggs for the 25 kids to find. We stuff candy, toys, stickers, even seeds to plant this spring. We stuffed and will admit sampled a few pieces of the candy. Unforuntaly I coudln't particpate in hiding the eggs or the hunt itself since we were at the hospital with our two day old baby Alice. Grandma Elaine stepped in for Dave and I to make sure the boys could participate and they had so much fun!

Easter Sunday we enjoyed a relaxing day at home. The Easter Bunny left his annual scavenger hunt to find their baskets and Elaine made her delicious cabbage rolls. Family came to enjoy dinner with us. Everyone enjoyed soaking in a little cuddle time with our newest member and the sunshine outside was perfect. We hid some eggs for the kids to hunt and overall had a perfect holiday.
