Big Day Potty Day

April is our month for big changes. No new babies. No new houses. But we got Jaxson a potty!! Jaxson and I went to Babies R Us to pick out his very own potty. There were many to chose from but he seemed to bond with the green froggie one. He even tested it out in the store. He seemed to have a little trouble but practice makes perfect. He clearly needed some practice so we brought it home to practice everyday.. hopefully.

By the way, I was taking the video in the store and couldn't get back far enough so Jaxson's head got cut off. Hey.. I'm not claiming I am Speilberg.

Then tonight the most amazing thing happened. Dave walked Jaxson into the bathroom, sat down on the potty, the talked for a minute, and then Jaxson stood up to find that he went potty. YaY! It was amazing. Dave called for me and I ran in clapping and singing. We cheered, clapped, danced, and cheered some more. Jaxson smiled and clapped, he kept looking in the potty and would get excited. It was a good first experience with the potty and we are even more excited that he was successful on the very first day!
