I have not posted on the blog for a while now, but I finally found something newsworthy to post! Moments ago the Iowa Supreme Court ruled unanimously to allow gay marriage in Iowa. This is a very historic ruling, which i was pleasently surprised passed. Iowa is the first midwest state to allow gay marriage, hopefully not the last. I believe this ruling will have a positive ripple effect on other states. It's 2009 equal rights for everyone should be mandatory, regardless of race, gender, sexuality, etc.....
